高压大型天然气快开盲板用C形橡胶圈密封性能分析

    摘要:

    针对国内高压大型天然气过滤器快开盲板用C形橡胶密封圈,利用ABAQUS建立其有限元模型,分析密封槽宽度、内压、初始密封间隙、材料硬度、槽口倒角半径、钢圈直径对其性能的影响,得到这些参数的合理取值范围。结果表明:材料硬度对密封圈密封性能的影响较小,密封槽宽度对密封可靠度有一定影响,随密封槽宽度增加,最大接触压力呈下降趋势,密封可靠度有所降低;随着内压的增加,最大接触压力与内压的差值呈增大趋势,密封可靠性增加;随初始密封间隙增加,应力增加,密封可靠度有所降低;密封槽口倒角半径对密封圈剪切破坏的影响较大,倒角半径增大密封圈发生局部剪切破坏的可能性增大;钢圈直径对C形橡胶圈应力应变影响较大,钢圈直径增大,剪切应力呈减小趋势。

    Abstract:

    The finite element model of rubber C-ring used in the quick-opening blind plate of domestic high-pressure natural gas filter was established.The influences of the seal groove width,internal pressure,initial seal clearance,hardness of materials,notch radius,rim diameter of steel-ring on the sealing performance of rubber C-ring were analyzed by using ABAQUS software,and the reasonable range of these parameters were suggested.The results show that the hardness of materials has little effect on seal performance,while the seal groove width has a certain impact on the sealing reliability,with the sealing groove width increasing,the maximum contact pressure is decreased and the sealing reliability is also decreased.With the increase of internal pressure,the difference between the maximum contact pressure and internal pressure is increased,the sealing reliability is increased.With the increase of initial gap seal,the stress is increased and the sealing reliability is decreased.The sealing notch chamfer radius has large influence on the shear failure of sealing ring,the increasing of chamfer radius will result in large possibility of shear failure.Steelring diameter has large effect on the strain and stress of C-shaped rubber ring,and he increasing of steel-ring diameter will result in the decrease of shear stress.
