    摘要:

    重载汽车驾驶室翻转系统手摇泵的换向芯轴与其配合孔接触面较长,采用的O型橡胶密封圈密封结构泄漏严重,其换向芯轴与配合孔的制造难度也大。提出采用耐磨垫与O型橡胶密封圈的换向芯轴通油孔组合密封方案,对耐磨垫与O型橡胶密封圈进行选型和结构设计。经实际生产和使用验证,采用新的组合密封方案既解决了手摇泵的泄漏问题,同时大大降低了换向芯轴与配合孔的制造难度。

    Abstract:

    The hydraulic valve spool of hand-operated pump of truck cab has long cylindrical mating surface with its mating hole,the sealing structure of O-ring exists serious leakage problem,and the manufacture of the spool and its mating hole is difficult.The sealing method combined wear pad and O-ring was presented to apply for the seal of the oil hole of valve spool,the type of the wear pad and O-ring was selected and the structure was designed.The practical production and application prove that the leakage problem of handoperated pump is solved,and the difficulty of manufacturing of the spool and its mating hole is reduced greatly.
