固定方式对波箔气体轴承箔片结构刚度的影响

    摘要:

    为研究固定方式对波箔气体轴承箔片结构刚度的影响,通过对箔片建立考虑摩擦情况下的梁单元受力分析模型,精确计算沿轴承周向不同位置处箔片的静刚度。设计相应的箔片静刚度测试实验,采用几种常用材料制作箔片,测试不同固定方式下箔片的静刚度,并与建立的模型的计算结果进行比较。结果表明:箔片固定端固定方式对其静刚度影响显著,C型固定方式比直角弯固定方式具有更大的箔片静刚度;建立的箔片静刚度分析模型所得结果与实验结果变化趋势一致,可为波箔轴承的设计和加工提供指导。

    Abstract:

    In order to expose the effect of fixed type on structural stiffness of foil,a beam element model was established to analyze the strained condition of foil under considering frictions,and the static stiffness along the circumferential direction of the bearing was calculated accurately.Several commonly used materials were selected to produce foils,and a foil static stiffness testing rig was designed to analyze the effect of various fixation forms of foil on its static stiffness.The test results were compared with the calculation results of established model.It is found that the fixed types of foils influence its structural stiffness significantly,and the structural stiffness of foils with C fixed type is bigger than L fixed type.The results of analysis model agree with experimental results,and can provide guidance for bump-type bearing design and processing.
