    摘要:

    为研究高体积分数固-液两相流对输送管道的冲蚀磨损程度,采用计算流体力学(CFD)和固液两相流理论,建立冲蚀磨损及流场模型,采用欧拉模型中的稠密离散相模型(DDPM),利用Ansys中的流体动力学模块,对输送管道中的颗粒流场特性和颗粒对管道的冲蚀磨损进行分析。结果表明,入口速度较低时冲蚀主要集中在水平管靠近出口附近,随着入口速度的增加,冲蚀区域逐渐移到弯管附近,且管道的最大冲蚀量有降低的趋势;冲蚀率的大小既与冲蚀速度有关,也与颗粒体积分数有关,当两者符合一定关系时,冲蚀率达到最大。

    Abstract:

    In order to study erosive wear extent of solidliquid twophase flow with high volume fraction on transportation pipeline,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and twophase flow theory were used to establish the erosion wear and fluid flow field model.The dense discrete phase model(DDPM)in Euler model and the fluid dynamics module in Ansys were used to analyze the particle fluid flow feature and erosion wear on pipeline.The results indicate that the erosion is mainly occurred on horizon pipe near the outlet under low inlet velocity.Along with increasing of inlet velocity,the erosive area is gradually moved near to the elbow pipe,and the maximum erosion of pipeline is tended to reduce.Both erosive velocity and particle volume fraction are related to erosion rate,and the erosion rate will reach the maximum value when certain relationship is met between them.
