初始力变形对船舶艉轴机械密封温度场的影响

    摘要:

    机械密封温度场传统分析方法不考虑初始力变形对温度场影响,假设认为密封端面平行,计算得到密封环温度与实际温度存在较大的偏差。建立考虑初始力变形的艉轴密封装置的有限元模型,运用ANSYS分析软件通过间接耦合法研究特定工况下船舶艉轴机械密封端面温度的分布规律及密封环内温度沿轴向的变化规律,并与传统方法结果进行比较。结果表明:提出的数值分析方法考虑了初始力变形的作用,得到的密封端面径向最高温度发生在靠近端面变形后实际接触的内径位置,而不是传统方法的靠近内径处;相比传统方法,提出的数值分析方法计算得到的端面比压更大,端面温度更高,尤其是在高温高压的工况以及采用弹性模量较小的密封材料时。

    Abstract:

    The traditional analysis of mechanical seal temperature field is often assumed that seal end faces are paralleled,without considering the influence of initial stress deformation on temperature field,there is a quite large difference between the temperature in practice and that of seal ring obtained from calculation.The finite element model of sternshaft mechanical seal considering the initial stress and deformation was set up.The temperature distribution of the end faces of mechanical face seals under specific conditions and the change trend of temperature along axial direction in the sealing ring were studied with indirect coupling method and by using Ansys,and the result was compared with that of traditional method.The results show that the presented numerical analysis method considers the effect of initial stress and deformation of end faces,the calculated maximum temperature in axial direction of seal end surfaces occurs in the location close to the actual contact inner diameter after the deformation of end surfaces,but not in the location close to the inner diameter calculated by the traditional method.As compared with the traditional method,the end surface pressure calculated by the presented numerical analysis method is bigger and the surface temperature is higer,especially in high temperature and pressure conditions when using a seal material with small elastic modulus.
