滑板磨损量和弓网放电能量预测模型的研究及应用

    摘要:

    利用环-块式载流摩擦磨损试验机模拟高速列车弓网系统的运行工况,分析弓网间接触压力、电流、滑动速度和运行时间对电弧放电能量与磨损量的影响。通过偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立电弧放电能量和滑板磨损量的预测模型,并分析各参数对滑板磨损量的贡献。结果表明:电弧放电能量对滑板磨损量的影响最大,其次依次为速度、时间和电流;对电弧放电能量贡献最大的是电流,其次分别为速度和时间,接触压力的贡献最小。基于建立的电弧放电能量和滑板磨损量预测模型,以滑板磨损量与电弧放电能量最低为优化目标,运用多目标优化理论中的理想点法,探索在一定行车区间内弓网参数的优化设置。

    Abstract:

    A blockonring test apparatus was used to study friction and wear behavior of the PantographOCS system of a highspeed train.Many parameters that affected the wear volume of the contact strip and the energy of arc discharge were considered in the experimental test,including the contact force between the contact strip and the contact wire,sliding speed of the strip,electric current and running time.The prediction formulae of wear volume and arc discharge energy were established using the partial leastsquare(PLS)method,and the contribution of each parameter on the slide wear volume was analyzed.Results show that the magnitude of arc discharge energy has the biggest effects on the strip’s wear volume,followed by the speed,running time and current.The magnitude of the current has the biggest effects on the arc discharge energy,followed by the speed,running time,and contact pressure.The optimization of the wear volume of contact strip and the energy of arc discharge was studied,based on the prediction formulae of wear volume and arc discharge energy and using Ideal point method,which provides theoretical foundation for electric locomotive running in a specific interval.
