水基无石墨润滑剂的研制

    摘要:

    以水镁石黏土为基料、硼酸化合物为润滑添加剂、磷酸二氢铝为黏结抗磨添加剂,制备水基无石墨黏土润滑剂。在四球摩擦试验机上考察无机盐、硼酸、水镁石各组分含量对摩擦性能的影响,通过正交试验确定最优配比。考察研制的水基无石墨黏土润滑剂在不同载荷下的性能,并研究磷酸二氢铝黏结剂对其润滑性能的改善。结果表明:水镁石、氟硼酸钠、硼酸的最优配比为12∶05∶7。研制的无石墨润滑剂在低载荷下具有良好的润滑性能,但在高载荷下与石墨润滑剂相比减摩性能较差,摩擦因数随载荷增加波动较大;加入少量磷酸二氢铝黏结剂后,水基无石墨润滑剂在高载荷下的润滑能力迅速上升,具有取代石墨润滑剂的可能性。

    Abstract:

    A kind of waterbased clay lubricant without graphite was prepared,it was composed of Brucite clay as basic material,boric acid compound as lubricating additive,and the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as antiwear additive.Effects of inorganic salt,boric acid,brucite components on friction properties were tested in fourball tester at different load,and the optimal proportion of the waterbased clay lubricant components was determined by orthogonal test.The improvement on lubrication performance by aluminum dihydrogen phosphate binder in the lubricant was studied.Results show that the optimal ratio of brucite,sodium fluoborate and boric acid is 12∶05∶7.The waterbased clay lubricant without graphite has good lubrication performance at low load but poor lubrication performance at high load compared with graphite lubricant.its friction coefficient is increased significantly with the load increasing,and the amplitude of variation is more obviously.After adding a small amount of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate binder,the lubricating ability of the waterbased clay lubricant without graphite is rapidly improved,it is possible for waterbased clay lubricant to replace graphite lubricant.
