导轨摩擦对五轴机床精度误差的仿真分析

    摘要:

    龙门五轴机床导轨的摩擦会影响进给和定位精度,导致不同步误差增大,影响工件的加工精度。以滑动导轨摩擦因数为变量采用Workbench对龙门五轴机床进行瞬态动力学仿真研究,分析干摩擦条件下摩擦对机床精度的影响,并通过试验台激光测量证实zigzag运动误差的存在。结果表明:导轨的摩擦因数变化会引起机床加工误差,随着摩擦因数的增大各方向误差几乎成倍地增大,摩擦因数在0~02范围内误差有规律地由大变小,但摩擦因数为03时,误差变化无规律可循;激光干涉仪实验测量结果表明,五轴机床运动时运动误差角度随路程增长而变化,说明X方向存在不同步误差,Y方向有左右摇摆误差等。

    Abstract:

    The friction of Gantry fiveaxis machine tools affects the feeding and positioning accuracy,leading the increase of synchronization error and influencing the machining accuracy of the workpieces.With the friction coefficient of sliding rails as variable,the transient dynamic simulation analysis of Gantry fiveaxis machine tools was carried out by workbench.The effect of friction on the machine tools precision under dry friction was analyzed,and the zigzag error was confirmed by the experiment of Renishaw laser measurement.The result proves that the change of rail friction coefficient will cause machining error.With the increasing of friction coefficient,the error in each direction is increased almost exponentially.The error is increased in regular when friction coefficient is in the range of 0 to 02,while the error changes with no rule when the friction coefficient is 03.The result of Laser Interferometer measurement shows the motion error angle varies with the distance increase,indicating the presence of unsynchronized error in the X direction,and swing error in the Y direction.
