纳米石墨粉和柴油烟炱作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦磨损行为研究

    摘要:

    在UTM-2摩擦磨损试验机上,采用球-面接触往复移动方式,在3种不同温度(25、100、175 ℃)下,考察柴油烟炱和纳米石墨分别作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能,通过原子力显微镜对柴油烟炱和纳米石墨粉进行表征,借助光镜、扫描电镜、三维形貌仪、拉曼光谱等分析其减磨特性和作用机制。原子力显微镜显示柴油烟炱粒径在20~70 nm之间,纳米石墨粉为10~30 nm,略小于烟炱粒径。质量分数0.01%柴油烟炱和纳米石墨粉在PAO4润滑油中起到良好的抗磨减摩作用,可使摩擦因数降低50%~80%,磨损率减少40%~70%,其减磨机制为柴油烟炱和纳米石墨粉在磨损后的表面形成了一层保护膜,改变了摩擦界面接触环境。

    Abstract:

    The friction and wear prosperity of diesel soot and nanographite as lubricant additives in PAO4 oil was investigated by using ballplate reciprocating mode on the UTM-2 machine at different temperatures (25,100,175 ℃).The antifriction characteristics and lubrication mechanismwere analyzed by means of light microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,threedimensional morphology,and Raman spectroscopy.The result of AFM analysis displays that the particle size of diesel soot is between 20 nm and 70 nm,the nanographite,with particle size between 10 nm and 30 nm,is slightly smaller in particle size than the diesel soot.Diesel soot and nanographite of 0.01% in the lubricant play well antwear effect,which can reduce the friction coefficient by 50% to 80%,reduce the wear rate by 40% to 70%.The antiwear mechanism is that a protective film is formed on the worn surfaces by diesel soot and nanographite,which changes the frictional contact interface environment.
