In order to achieve the visualization design of complex microtexturing in the end faces of mechanical seals accurately and automatically,the visualization design system of microtexturing in the end faces of mechanical seals was developed by using AtiveX Automation technique and LabVIEW internet interface technique,which can complete LabVIEW access to AutoCAD AtiveX Objects,and can mutually call various functions between LabVIEW and AutoCAD AtiveX Objects directly.The system can calculate the drawing data of microtexturing,draw the 2D and 3D geometric figures automatically and output the corresponding file format for the laser surface texturing and the numerical simulation according to the design parameters and the type selections.This visualization design system can achieve the designing,manufacturing and performance optimization of microtexturing quickly and accurately.
