套筒伸缩摆缸式液压马达磨损故障机制分析

    摘要:

    某型套筒伸缩摆缸式液压马达在临界转速附近时容易在偏心轴表面产生磨损故障,影响液压马达的性能与寿命。为研究该液压马达的磨损故障机制,建立其偏心轴和单缸的动力学模型,并对油缸在动态时的受力进行分析。通过Matlab仿真验证了当液压马达转速足够大时,油缸的负加速度引起的惯性力超过了弹簧的弹力和外载荷及油缸自重的合力,油缸就会瞬间脱离偏心轴表面,引起“腾跳”冲击和振动,从而验证了液压马达在临界转速附近有产生磨损的可能性。

    Abstract:

    The wear failure is easy to be produced on the surface of eccentric shaft around the critical speed for a certain type of telescopic cylinder hydraulic motor,which affects the performance and service life of the hydraulic motor.To study the wear failure mechanism of telescopic cylinder hydraulic motor,the dynamical model of ecentric shaft and singlecylinder was established,and the force analysis of cylinder under dynamic was performed.Through Matlab simulation verifies that,when inertial force caused by negative acceleration of cylinder exceeds the composite force of sprin〖JP2〗g’s〖JP〗 elasticity,external load and cylinder weight,the cylinder will separate from the surface of eccentric shaft,thus causing a “wreath” shock and vibration.This research verifies that hydraulic motor has the possibility of an impact vibration and wear around the critical speed.
