    摘要:

    针对水冷滚筒工作时需要经受高温差下进行冷热交互,高转速下实现动静密封,高压力下确保无泄漏等特殊工况,分析水冷滚筒密封结构的设计要求,在结构设计和密封件选择上采取可靠性更高的设计方案。针对该特殊工况下的动密封问题,采取不同材质的2种U形密封圈配对使用方案,从而兼顾了旋转密封结构的抗压能力和抗磨损能力。测试结果表明,针对水冷滚筒特殊工况下的密封结构安全设计是可行的,同时也为同类工程密封问题的解决提供了一种新思路。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the special working condition of the watercooled cylinder,such as,carrying out cold and hot interaction under high temperature difference,realization of dynamic and static sealing under high speed,ensuring no leakage under high pressure,and etc.,the design requirements of seal structure of watercooled cylinder were analyzed.The higher reliability design scheme was taken for the structure design and the choice of seals.Aimed at the problem of dynamic seal in special working conditions,different material were adopted for two kinds of U seal matching of the using scheme,thereby both the compressive capacity and the wear resistance of rotary sealing structure were considered.Test results show that the safety design of the sealing structure is feasible for the special conditions of watercooled cylinder,which provides a new method for solving this similar engineering sealing problem.
