    摘要:

    为研究水润滑橡胶艉轴承变形程度的影响因素,采用数值方法计算不同转速、长径比和偏心率下的艉轴承变形;采用正交试验的方法评估转速、长径比和偏心率对艉轴承变形的影响。结果表明:转速、长径比和偏心率均对艉轴承的变形有显著影响,它们之间的交互作用的影响几乎可以忽略不计;长径比、转速和偏心率对艉轴承变形的影响依次下降;转速和长径比对艉轴承变形的影响都是先增大后减小,偏心率较小时对艉轴承变形的影响几乎不变,偏心率达到一定值时对艉轴承变形的影响显著增加;设计艉轴承时应该优先保证艉轴承的长径比,其次再考虑转速和偏心率的影响。

    Abstract:

    To study the factors influencing the deformation of waterlubricated rubber stern tube bearing,the deformation of stern tube bearing under different rotational speed,aspect ratio and eccentricity was calculated by using numerical method.The method of orthogonal experiment was used to assess the impact on bearing deformation of different rotational speed,aspect ratio and eccentricity ratios.The results show that the rotational speed,aspect ratio,and eccentricity have a significant impact on the stern tube bearing deformation,and the impact of interaction between them is almost negligible.The impacts of aspect ratio,rotational speed and eccentricity on the stern tube bearing deformation are followed by decline.The influence of rotational speed and aspect ratio on the stern tube bearing deformation is first increased and then decreased,the influence of eccentricity on the stern tube bearing deformation is almost unchanged when it is small,when the eccentricity reached a certain value,the impact on the stern tube bearing deformation is increased significantly.Design of stern tube bearings should give priority to ensuring aspect ratio of stern tube bearing,followed by considering the impact of rotational speed and eccentricity.
