    摘要:

    依据美国PVRC、ASTM、欧美EN和我国GB等标准规范,开发一种核级密封件性能检测系统。该系统由液压加载系统、测试单元、试验介质给定系统和数据采集分析系统构成,可通过测量密封件在不同温度、压紧力和试验介质情况下的压缩回弹性能、蠕变松弛性能或密封性能,全面评价密封件的总体性能。该系统载荷测量精度为10 N,变形测量精度为1 μm,泄漏量测量精度为氦气1.0×10-11Pa·m3/s,能够检测密封件在室温至450 ℃范围内的总体性能,解决了高温条件下核级密封件性能检测技术难题。

    Abstract:

    Based on the standard or specification of the United States PVRC,ASTM,Europe EN and Chinese GB, a seal performance testing device was developed for gaskets used in nuclear power plant.The device is consisted of hydraulic loading system, test element, test medium given system and data acquisition & analysis system,which can evaluate the overall performance of gaskets through measuring the compressibility and recovery,creep performance,stress relaxation,seal ability of gaskets under different temperature, pressure and test medium. The device’s measurement accuracy of load is 10 N, deformation is 1 μm, helium leakage is 1.0×10-11 Pa·m3/s. The device can be used to detect the overall performance of gaskets under room temperature to 450 ℃, which successfully solves the technical problem of seal performance testing of nuclear grade gaskets under elevated temperature.
