低速大扭矩液压马达摩擦副磨损机制研究

    摘要:

    针对油缸和曲轴构成的摩擦副磨损严重,影响低速大扭矩液压马达性能和寿命的问题,根据摩擦副油膜理论对该类液压马达在高速低载的工况下摩擦副易产生磨损的原因进行理论分析,找出影响摩擦副油膜承载能力和稳定性的因素。结果表明:适当地增加摩擦副张角的范围有利于提高油膜的承载能力;液压马达在低速工况下运行稳定,当转速较高时,由于剪切流作用明显,导致摩擦副一侧的油膜承载能力有所降低,不利于摩擦副的稳定运行;在一定范围内,油液压力越大,油膜系统的响应灵敏度越高,马达运转速度较高时,有利于摩擦副系统的正常运行。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem that the serious wear of the friction pair consisted of cylinder and crankshaft will influence the performance and lifetime of the low speed high torque hydraulic motor,according to the film theory of friction pairs,the reason that the friction pairs of this kind of motors is easily to be worn under high speed low load conditions was theoretically analyzed,and the factors were found out that impacting the bearing friction capability and stability of the friction pair oil film.The results show that it is helpful to improve bearing capability of oil film by increasing the range of opening angle of friction pairs properly.The hydraulic motor can run stably under the condition of low speed,when the rotation speed is higher,due to obvious shearing flow effect,the bearing capacity of oil film at the side of friction pairs is decreased at some extend,which is harmful to stable running of the friction pairs.In a certain range,the larger the hydraulic pressure,the higher is the response sensitivity of oil film system.The high running speed of motor is helpful to the normal running of the friction pairs system.
