    摘要:

    采用有限元方法分析蒸压釜Y形橡胶密封圈在预安装、预压紧及工作状态下的变形与应力分布特性,结果表明蒸压釜密封槽密封腔的密封主要依靠Y形圈唇尖部位完成,同时该部位也最易损坏。分析蒸压釜Y形密封圈结构参数与密封圈应力变化之间规律,得到对Y形密封圈密封性能影响较大的结构参数,并通过正交试验方法对Y型密封圈进行结构优化。通过优化,在保证接触面可靠的接触压力的条件下降低了Vonmises应力,且Vonmises应力最大值位置由原来的密封唇尖转移到密封唇内侧,有效降低密封唇唇尖部位发生损坏的可能性;同时唇夹角的增大与Y形圈长度的减小可以达到节省材料的目的。因此,通过对Y形密封圈的优化达到了延长使用寿命、节省材料的目的。

    Abstract:

    The deformation and stress distribution characteristics of Yshaped rubber seal ring of an autoclave were analyzed by using finite element method (FEM),under the conditions of preinstallation,precompression and working state.The results show that the sealing of the sealing groove and cavity of the autoclave is mainly depended on the lip tip of the Yring,which is also the most vulnerable part.The relation of changes between the structural parameters and the stress of Yring was analyzed,and the structural parameters that had larger impact on the sealing performance of the Yring were obtained.Morevover,structure optimization of Yring was carried out by orthogonal test method.The results show that through optimization the Vonmises stress is reduced under the condition of ensuring the safe contact pressure of the contact surface,and the location of the maximum Vonmises stress is transfered from the original tip of the sealing lip to the inner side of the sealing lip,which effectively reduces the possibility of damage to the sealing lip tip.The increase in the angle of the lip and the decrease in the length of the Yring can save the material quantity.Therefore,the optimization of the Yring can reach the purpose of prolonging the service life and saving the material quantity.
