    摘要:

    某菌状止口密封副在采用箱外测试法进行测试时,发现该密封副在低温下出现漏率突变。采用故障树分析法对该密封副进行相关故障和非相关故障分析,从露点的角度确定阀门泄漏是由于低温环境试验中由于试验方法不正确导致的阀门本身产生温差而引起的。提出改进试验方法方案,消除该阀门隐性的非相关故障成因,为杜绝同类阀门产品的类似故障提供参考。

    Abstract:

    A mutation on leakage is emerged at a low temperature condition for a mushroom rabbet sealing pair when tested by outside box test method.The related faults and nonrelated faults of the sealing pair were analyzed by Fault tree analysis method.It was found from dew point that the valve leakage in low temperature environment test could be induced by the valve temperature differences due to the wrong testing method.An improved test method was demonstrated to eliminate the cause of a hidden unrelated failure for the valve,it provides a reference for preventing similar fault of related valve products.
