    摘要:

    用有限差分法推导膜厚方程与压力分布方程,建立考虑径向锥度与周向波度的三维模型,应用MATLAB软件编程对接触式机械密封进行稳态特性分析,研究影响密封性能的因素,并对建立的模型进行准确的密封性能评估与分析。结果表明,转速的改变对密封性能参数影响较小,调整压差对控制泄漏、改善密封性能有更明显的效果,开启力与泄漏量等参数随压差的增大均有增大趋势;当压差为正值时,正锥度对动压起削弱作用,负锥度对动压起增强作用,而端面周向波度对流体动压的形成起到关键作用。

    Abstract:

    Based on the finite difference method, the film thickness and pressure distribution equations were solved,and the threedimensional model considering the radial and circumferential waviness was established.The steadystate performance of the contacting mechanical seal was analyzed by using MATLAB software,and the factors affecting sealing performance were gained. The accurate evaluation and analysis of the sealing performance of this calculation model were realized.The results show that the change of rotational speed has little effect on the sealing performance parameters, and the adjustment of pressure difference has a more obvious effect on controlling the leakage and improving the sealing performance. When the pressure difference is positive, the positive taper can weaken the dynamic pressure, and the negative taper can enhance the dynamic pressure. While surface circumferential waviness has a great influence on fluid dynamic pressure formation.
