    摘要:

    采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察一种PN型添加剂在矿物油(MVI150)、聚α烯烃(PAO4)、合成酯(1936)以及聚醚(SDM03C)中的极压性能,研究添加剂质量分数对油品极压性能的影响。结果表明,矿物油、PAO及合成酯中加入质量分数为30%的PN型添加剂时烧结负荷均超过8 000 N,MVI150和PAO4中加入质量分数为025 %PN型添加剂时最大无卡咬负荷可分别提高至1 140 N和1 710 N,表明该PN型添加剂具有优异的极压性能。采用X射线光电子能谱仪对钢球磨痕表面的元素化学状态进行表征,并对其润滑机制进行分析。结果表明,PN型添加剂具有优异的极压性能主要是由于分子中大量的P元素及N元素在摩擦过程中与金属表面发生了摩擦化学反应,从而形成了具有良好抗承载性能的润滑膜。

    Abstract:

    Extreme pressure behaviors of a PN additive in mineral oil(MVI150),polyαolefin(PAO4),synthetic ester and polyether were studied by fourball friction and wear test machine.The effects of additive concentration on extreme pressure properties of base oil were also studied.The results show that the weld loads of MVI150,PAO4 and synthetic ester incorporated with 30% PN additive are more than 8 000 N,and the maximum nonseizure loads of MVI150 and PAO4 are increased to 1 140 N and 1 710 N respectively when the concentration of PN additive is 025%,which indicates that the PN additive can significantly enhance the load carrying capacity of the base oils.The chemical composition of the rubbing surface of steel ball was analyzed by Xray photoelectron spectroscopy,and the extreme pressure mechanism of the PN additive was also discussed.The result reveals that the excellent extreme pressure performance of the PN additive can be attributed to the formation of lubricating film with good loadcarrying capacity on the metal surface by tribochemical reactions between abundant P and N elements in the additive and metal surface during the rubbing process.
