    摘要:

    借助高压釜装置模拟PAO基础油实际工况中的工作温度,结合GC/MS现代检测技术,从分子层面分析高温下PAO理化性能的衰退和其结构变化之间的关系。结果表明:PAO润滑油衰变的主要原因是高温引起的热裂解,但PAO润滑油在正常工作温度下的性能不会发生太大变化,严重衰变主要发生在230 ℃以上;高温作用下,PAO分子支链断裂,生成较多的小分子烃类物质,导致其黏度下降、倾点上升;但PAO的酸值变化较小,与GC/MS中仅检测到少量含氧化合物相对应;结构决定使用性能,得出带有支链合成烃PAO的热稳定性较其氧化安定性差。

    Abstract:

    By means of autoclave device to simulate the actual working conditions of PAO,the relationship between PAO performance recession and its structural change was analyzed by GC/MS modern detection technology from the molecular level.The results show that the thermal cracking at high temperature is the main reason of PAO deterioration,and the performance wouldn’t change a lot at normal working temperature until the temperature is more than 230 ℃.PAO branched molecules break at high temperature to generate a lot of small molecule hydrocarbons,resulting in a decline of viscosity and a rise of pour point.Only a small amount of oxygen containing compounds is detected,and acid value change is very small.Structure decides to use performance,so the thermal stability of PAO with the branched chain is poorer than its oxidation stability.
