    摘要:

    为了解决恶劣环境下伺服机构作动器两腔密封不可靠的问题,采用新型材料PEEK及阀芯注塑技术,设计一种采用锥阀式软密封结构的新型液压锁,并对其寿命和密封效果进行测试。结果表明,该新型液压锁具有可靠的启闭效果和密封保压效果,能保证伺服机构在任意位置都处于锁紧状态。该新型液压锁已成功应用在某型号运载火箭上。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the seal problem of not reliable in both the cylinder chamber of the servo mechanism actuator in a severe environment,a new hydraulic lock with conical valve flexible seal structure was designed by using new composite material PEEK and applying valve injection technology.The life test and the seal effect of the seal structure were carried out.The results show that the new hydraulic lock is reliable in start and close effect and in sealing pressure holding effect,which ensures that the servo mechanism is locked in any position.The new hydraulic lock has been applied on the launch vehicle successfully.
