    摘要:

    利用浇铸工艺制备二硫化钼(MoS2)改性聚酰胺6-聚氨酯(PA6PU)嵌段共聚物的复合材料,研究在不同载荷和滑动速度下MoS2对复合材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响;用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察复合材料的磨损面,探讨其磨损机制。结果表明:低转速和低载荷下,MoS2的添加对复合材料的摩擦性能的改善不明显,反而使复合材料的磨损急剧增加;而在高载荷和高转速下,随MoS2含量增加,MoS2能在复合材料表面形成有效的转移膜,改善复合材料摩擦磨损性能。在MoS2含量较低时,复合材料的磨损机制以黏着磨损为主,随着MoS2含量的增加,复合材料的磨损机制转变为黏着磨损伴随着磨粒磨损。

    Abstract:

    Polyamide 6polyurethane(PA6PU) block copolymers with different molybdenum disulfide(MoS2) proportion were prepared by casting technology.The influence of MoS2 on the properties of friction and wear of the composite,and the influence of sliding speed and load on properties of friction and wear were studied.The worn surface of the composite was investigated by SEM and the wear mechanism was discussed.The results show that the improvement on the friction properties of the composite is not obvious by MoS2 at low load and sliding speed,while the wear rate of the composite is increased dramatically.However,at high load and sliding speed,the stable transfer film is formed in the worn surface of the composite with the increasing of MoS2 content,and the properties of friction and wear of the composite are improved.When the content of MoS2 is low,the wear mechanism of the composite is adhesive wear,with the increasing of MoS2 content,the wear mechanism is change into adhesive wear accompanied by abrasive wear.
