    摘要:

    作为摩擦学系统研究中的重要方法之一,磨损图不仅能确定各工况下的磨损机制,而且还可深入研究磨损机制间的转变规律。干摩擦由于摩擦条件苛刻,往往会造成材料大量损失,影响材料服役寿命,材料磨损图将为其应用提供指导。在磨损图的分类及构建基础上,阐述干摩擦条件下钢铁材料、有色金属及其复合材料、陶瓷、高分子和涂层5类典型材料的磨损图,指出摩擦学系统的复杂化、试验方式的多样化、磨损图的多维化以及磨损图的应用研究是磨损图的研究发展趋势。

    Abstract:

    As one of the important methods in the systemic study of tribology,the wear map not only can determine the wear mechanism under different working conditions,but also can further study the changing law of the wear mechanisms.Due to the harsh friction conditions,dry friction often causes a large amount of material loss and affects the service life of the materials.Therefore,the wear map of the material will provide guidance for its application.In order to promote the researches of wear map,the classification and produce process of wear map were introduced,the wear map of iron and steel materials,nonferrous metals and composites,ceramic materials,polymer materials and coating materials under dry friction were expounded.It was suggested that the complexity of the tribological system,the diversification of the test method,the multidimension of the wear map and the application of the wear map were the research and development trend.
