    摘要:

    针对传统过滤方式用于稀油站润滑系统及液压系统油液的污染控制存在的问题,提出采用离心式净油机实现稀油站润滑系统及液压系统油品净化的方案。介绍离心式净油机的工作原理,经过理论计算和试验研究,确定离心桶转速、油液的流量及离心桶结构。实际应用表明,设计的净油机分离效率高,可有效分离油液中的非金属固体污染物、金属粒子及水分。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the existed problems for the traditional filtering method used in the pollution control of the thin oil terminal lubrication system and the hydraulic system,a purification method of the thin oil terminal lubrication system and the hydraulic system using the centrifugal oil purifier was proposed.The working principle of a centrifugal oil purifier was introduced,and through theoretical calculation and experimental research,it was determined of the rotational speed of centrifugal bucket,flow rate of oil and the structure of the bucket.Practical application shows that the designed centrifugal oil purifier has high centrifugal rate,which can effectively separate water content,metal particles,and nonmetal solid pollutants from oils.
