    摘要:

    设计含零维空心微珠、一维六钛酸钾晶须、二维鳞片石墨3种不同维度的无机功能填料组成,加入到无石棉有机(NAO)刹车片基础配方中,采用热压工艺制备无铜无重金属的多维复合增强NAO型刹车片。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和生物体视光学显微镜观察填料在树脂基体中的分布状态,分析刹车片样品的力学性能并考察其摩擦磨损性能。结果显示,3种填料最佳组合制备的刹车片样品剪切强度达到936 MPa、密度适中(约2.14 g/cm3),符合现代车用摩擦材料环保、轻量化设计趋势;样品摩擦因数稳定在0.44~0.47之间,磨损率较低且变化趋势平稳;300 ℃以上高温时,制备的摩擦材料体系未出现明显热衰退现象。

    Abstract:

    Zerodimensional cenosphere,onedimensional potassium titanate whisker and twodimensional flake graphite were used to prepare multireinforced nonasbestos organic (NAO) brake pads with no copper,no heavy metals by hotpressing process.The brake pad samples were prepared at different proportion composition of three kinds of inorganic functional fillers.The distribution of added fillers in resin matrix was observed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The characterizations of wear resistance and mechanical properties of the prepared samples indicate that the shear strength of the brake pad sample containing the optimum content of three kinds of fillers amounts to 9.36 MPa.The prepared sample with low wear rate has moderate density (about 2.14 g/cm3) and stable friction coefficient range in 0.44~0.47,meeting the lightweight requirements of modern green friction materials used in automobile.And no obvious hightemperature fading phenomenon is seen even as the pad temperature rising above 300 ℃.
