    摘要:

    为研究流变仪测试板对润滑脂流变性测试结果的影响,采用旋转流变仪测量在不同温度下采用不同直径、表面粗糙度和类型(平板和锥板)的测试板时某润滑脂的流变性能,分析其流变性能变化规律。结果表明:润滑脂流变特性测试过程中存在壁滑移现象,温度越高壁滑移现象越明显;测试板的选择对润滑脂流变性能测试误差有较大的影响,选用小半径粗糙的测试板可以有效减轻壁滑移效应对测试结果的影响,同时也需要关注温度变化对壁滑移效应的影响。

    Abstract:

    The effect of rheometer test plate on rheological test result of grease was investigated.At varied temperatures,the rheological properties of grease were examined by using rotational rheometer on different test plate diameter,surface roughness and test plate types(the plate and the cone plate),and the variation rule was analyzed.The results indicate that during the test of rheological properties of grease,the phenomena of wall slip is shown,and the phenomena is more obvious at higher temperature.The selection of test plate has larger influence on the test error of rheological properties of grease.The small radius of rough test plate can effectively mitigate the effects of wall slip on the grease rheological test.Moreover,the influence of temperature changing on wall slip is also needed to be concerned.
