    摘要:

    基于质量守恒控制方程,建立考虑周向波度和径向锥度的机械密封几何模型,采用有限差分法对控制方程进行离散,并通过高斯-赛德尔法进行迭代,得到端面间压力分布,并分析周向波度和径向锥度对泄漏量、开启力等密封性能参数的影响。结果表明:端面波数的变化对开启力、泄漏量及摩擦扭矩的影响较小;端面波幅值的增加使得端面的开启力、泄漏量和摩擦扭矩同时增大;锥度的增大导致开启力和泄漏量的增加,且锥度正向增加有利于改善液膜的承载能力。

    Abstract:

    Film thickness is the important parameter that has important effects on the parameters of the mechanical sealing performance.The mathematical model of mechanical seals considering the face’s waviness and radial taper was established based on the massconservative model.Governing equation was discretized by the finite difference method and was solved by the GaussSeidel relaxation iterative algorithm,the pressure distribution and the crucial parameters of the sealing performance such as leakage and open force were got.Results show that the number of the waves making little effect on the opening force,leakage and friction torque.The increasing of the wave’s amplitude makes opening force,leakage and friction torque increasing at the same time.With increasing of the taper,the opening force and the leakage are increased,and with the increasing of taper positive,film carrying capacity can be improved.
