    摘要:

    为了解决汽轮机油常用防锈剂十二烯基丁二酸(T746)水流失性问题,根据防锈剂作用原理,选择更长碳链烯基,合成长链烯基丁二酸和烯基丁二酸半酯2种防锈剂,并按美军标MIL17331J中规定的方法,对其在汽轮机油中的耐水洗性能、防锈性能和对润滑油破乳化性能的影响进行研究。结果表明,合成的2种长碳链羧酸及半酯作为防锈剂具有较好的防锈性能,与防锈剂T746相比具有较好的耐水洗性能,与常用破乳剂T1001具有较好的相容性,可以作为新的汽轮机油耐水洗防锈剂。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the mass loss of dodecyl phenyl succinic acid rust inhibitor(T746) commonly used in turbine oils due to waterwashing,according to the action principle of rust inhibitor,through increasing the length of carbon chain,two kinds of long chain alkenyl succinic acid and half ester were synthesized.The waterwashing properties and corrosion inhibiting performance in the turbine oils,and the effect on the deemulsibility of oil were evaluated according to the method specified in the US military standard MIL17331J.The results show that the new rust inhibitors present excellence corrosion inhibiting and better waterresistance properties compared with T746.These two kinds of additives have good compatibility with commonly used deemulsifier T1001,which can be used as new waterresistance rust inhibitor of turbine oils.
