    摘要:

    针对某型发动机连杆衬套和连杆小头过盈配合引起的微动现象,应用有限元对连杆小头组件爆压时刻的接触过程进行仿真分析;选取过盈量和摩擦因数为试验因子建立正交模拟试验方案,得到过盈量和摩擦因数对连杆衬套微动特性影响规律。结果表明,随过盈量的增大,连杆衬套接触压力增大,摩擦应力减小;随摩擦因数的增大,连杆衬套接触压力先增大后减小,摩擦应力增大;连杆衬套和连杆小头接触面间摩擦因数对连杆衬套微动特性影响显著。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the micro phenomenon caused by interference fit of a certain type of engine connecting rod bushing and small head,the contact process of connecting rod small end components at the moment of detonation pressure was analyzed by using finite element method.The orthogonal simulation test project was established by selecting the interference and friction coefficient as experimental factors,and the influence of interference and friction coefficient on fretting characteristics of connecting rod bushing was investigated.The results show that with the increase of the amount of interference,the connecting rod bushing contact pressure is increased,friction stress is decreased.With the increase of the friction coefficient,the maximum contact pressure of the connecting rod bushing is increased first and then decreased,and the maximum friction stress is increased.The friction on the surfaces between connecting rod bushing and small head has significant effects on the fretting characteristics of connecting rod bushing.
