    摘要:

    研究C/C复合材料在油润滑下的摩擦磨损性能,测试C/C复合材料在大比压油润滑条件下的摩擦因数,并与干摩擦工况进行对比。结果表明:在载荷500~720 MPa、速度300~1 200 r/min工况下,油润滑条件下C/C复合材料的摩擦因数在01~017之间,而在干摩擦条件下摩擦因数在013~027之间,表明在油润滑条件下C/C复合材料表现出更优的摩擦特性;与油润滑相比,干摩擦条件下C/C复合材料表面的碳纤维显现出明显的磨损痕迹,表明C/C复合材料在油润滑条件下具有更好的耐磨性。

    Abstract:

    The tribological performance of carbon fiber reinforced carbon matrix composites (C/C composites) was studied under oil lubrication condition.The friction coefficients of C/C composites were determined under high specific pressure and oil lubrication conditions,which were compared with dry friction conditions.The results show that the friction coefficients of C/C composites are between 01 and 017 under the load of 500 MPa to 720 MPa,the speed of 300 r/min to 1 200 r/min and oil lubrication,while they are between 013 and 027 under dry friction,which show that C/C composites have better friction behaviors under oil lubrication conditions.As contrasted with oil lubrication,the wear trace under dry friction condition is obviously shown on carbon fiber of the surface of C/C composites,which shows that C/C composites have better wear resistance under oil lubrication conditions.
