    摘要:

    在油气润滑系统特性的优化实验中,供气压力与供油量是影响轴瓦润滑性能的主要因素,轴瓦的温度变化值、腔体温度变化值和摩擦因数是评价轴瓦润滑效果的常用指标。采用中心复合设计方法,建立可以预测轴瓦润滑效果的多元回归模型,并验证该预测模型的有效性。利用响应曲面法分别建立供气压力和供油量与轴瓦体温升、轴瓦腔体温升以及摩擦因数之间关系的响应曲面与等高线图,得到供气压力和供油量之间的交互作用对轴瓦润滑效果影响显著的结论。利用数值分析软件DesignExpert对预测模型求解极值,得出最优润滑系统参数。

    Abstract:

    Air supply pressure and oil content are the main effecting factors on lubrication performance of the bush in experiment optimization of oilair lubrication system characteristics.The temperature change on the bush and the chamber and the friction coefficient were often used as indicators to evaluate the lubrication characteristics of the bush.The multiquadratic regression models to predict the lubrication effects of the bush were established by means of center composite design method,and effectiveness of the predicting model was verified.The response surface methodology was used to produce response surfaces and contours of the relation between air supply pressure and oil content with the temperature rising of bush and chamber and the friction coefficient.The conclusion that the air pressure and oil content has remarkable interactive effect on the lubrication performance of the bush was drawn.The best parameters of the lubrication experiments were obtained by using numerical analysis software DesignExpert to solve the extremum of the predicated models.
