    摘要:

    针对重载及安装导致的轴颈倾斜问题,推导径向滑动轴承油膜厚度方程,建立计入轴颈倾斜的流体润滑模型。以某重载轴承为例分析倾斜轴颈轴承的润滑性能。结果表明,轴颈倾斜会导致油膜压力发生轴向偏布,峰值偏离轴向中分面,且倾角越大偏离越严重;近轴端面油膜厚度远小于远轴端面,倾角较大时两端面油膜厚度差值大于最小油膜厚度值,可能导致轴颈与轴承碰磨甚至烧瓦,因此在轴承设计时必须予以考虑。动平衡机上进行的现场试验验证了理论分析的正确性。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at journal misalignment caused by heavyduty and installation,the film thickness equation of radial bearing was derived,and fluid lubrication model considering journal misalignment was established.Taking a certain heavyduty bearing as an example,the lubrication performance of misalignment journal bearing was analyzed.The results show that the distribution of oil film pressure are no longer symmetry about equatorial plane,the peak is migrated,and the deviation is serious with the tilt angle increased.The oil film thickness of the end face closing to axis is smaller than that of the end face far from axis,the difference value of the oil film thickness between two end faces is larger than the minimum film thickness when the tilt angle is rather great,which may lead to rub impact of rotors and bearing,and even burning tile,therefore journal misalignment must be considered when designing bearing.A trial of largescale heavyduty bearing carried out on balancing machine verifies the t correctness of theoretical results.
