    摘要:

    利用温度自紧原理,以氟橡胶作为密封材料、低膨胀合金作为结构支撑,设计一种宽温域、耐多种介质复合密封件。在给定的橡胶压缩率下,通过有限元分析方法计算20 K超低温下该复合密封件的密封比压,结果表明该密封件能够满足新型火箭运载系统的密封要求。通过密封模拟试验,验证该复合密封件在20~500 K范围内,在氢、氧、煤油介质中的泄漏率均小于1×10-5 Pa·m3/s。

    Abstract:

    A composite seal product with widetemperaturerange and special media resistance was designed based on the basis of temperatureautofrettage principle by using fluororubber as sealing materials and low expansion alloy as structural support.On the condition of given compressibility of rubber,the sealing pressure rate of the composite seal product at ultra low temperature of 20 K was calculated by the finite element analysis method.The result shows that the composite seal product can satisfy with the sealing requirements of new rocket launch system.Sealing simulation experiments verify the leakage of the composite seal product is less than 1×10-5 Pa·m3/s at the temperature range of 20 K to 500 K and in the media of liquid hydrogen,liquid oxygen and coal oil.
