Abstract:Considering the effects of the perturbation frequency of the shaft and pads,perturbation pressure Reynolds equation for hydrodynamic lubricating tilting pad bearings was set up.Aimed at the problem that the finite difference numerical algorithm of tilting pad bearing was not easy to get a coupling solution,the finite element numerical method based on PDE toolbox was proposed.Theoretical analysis and the numerical results indicate that the perturbation pressure is the function of bearing parameter,the static working point parameter sand perturbation frequency.The perturbation pressure is closely related to perturbation frequency.When perturbation frequency is 0,the imaginary part of complex domain perturbation pressure is 0.The real part of the perturbation pressure has little change,while the imaginary part is enhanced with the increasing of perturbation frequency.
