    摘要:

    开发一种汽轮机润滑油在线监测系统,并介绍其系统组成。该系统可对汽轮机油的黏度、密度、温度、含水量、颗粒污染度等实施实时在线监测,并将采集到的检测指标的时间序列通过网络接口上传到上位机计算机进行存储和分析。采用该系统对汽轮机油进行性能测试,并对该系统输出的温度和黏度数据与实验室检测数据进行比较。结果表明:该系统能够实现对汽轮机油的实时在线监测,检测数据精度较高,达到了现场应用的要求。

    Abstract:

    An online monitoring system of turbine oil was developed,and its related system was introduced.The viscosity,density,temperature,percentage of water content,particle concentration of turbine oil can be monitored online by this system,and all test parameters can be uploaded to the workstation PC through network sequentially,and they can also be stored and analyzed in workstation.The new turbine oil was used as sample oil in experiment to test the properties of the monitoring system.The test results of temperature and viscosity by the system were compared with that of test in laboratory.The results show that the system is stable for online monitoring of turbine oil,and the experiment result shows a relative high precision.Therefore,this system is adequate to the application of practical industrial environment.
