    摘要:

    采用某型水润滑橡胶合金轴承的橡胶材料与不锈钢轴颈材料进行配副摩擦试验,试验在01 m/s和1 m/s的转速和276 kPa和100 kPa的比压以及干摩擦以及纯水、模拟海沙水、模拟海水润滑条件下进行,利用扫描电子显微镜观察分析橡胶材料表面磨损形貌,研究橡胶材料的在不同润滑条件下的磨损情况。结果表明:在不同载荷下,该橡胶合金材料具有较低的磨损率,耐磨性能优异;橡胶材料在不同的润滑条件下的摩擦磨损情况存在较大差异,该橡胶合金材料在海水中的抗磨损性能最好,在纯水中的抗磨损性能较差。

    Abstract:

    The friction and wear experiment was carried out with the rubber material of a water lubricated alloy bearing and the stainless steel journal material as friction pairs.The rubber alloy material sample are tested in four kinds of lubricating conditions,the dry friction,pure water,sea water and sand water lubrication and at the speed of 01 m/s and 1 m/s,the pressure of 276 kPa and 100 kPa.SEM were applied to observed the surface topography of the rubber alloy material,and the wear performance of the rubber alloy material in different lubricating mediums was investigated.Results indicate that the rubber alloy material has a lower wear rate and a good antiwear performance at different load.there is a big difference of friction and wear condition of the rubber alloy material in different lubricating mediums.The rubber alloy material has the best friction and wear performance in the sea water medium,and the worst performance in the pure water.
