    摘要:

    制备普通氧化锌与纳米氧化锌填充的丁腈橡胶(NBR),分析氧化锌类型对NBR材料特性及物理机械性能的影响。在MPV600型磨粒磨损试验机上研究氧化锌类型对NBR摩擦磨损性能的影响,采用扫描电镜对磨损表面形貌进行观察,分析其磨损机制。结果表明:与普通氧化锌硫化胶相比,纳米氧化锌可使NBR的拉伸强度、定伸应力进一步提高;加入纳米氧化锌的NBR的最大转矩提高,焦烧时间与正硫化时间都较普通氧化锌的缩短;添加纳米氧化锌的NBR的耐摩擦磨损性能优异,这主要归因于其具有更大的交联密度与较高的体系硬度。添加纳米氧化锌的NBR的磨损机制为磨料磨损和少量的黏着磨损,而添加普通氧化锌的NBR的磨损机制为磨料磨损和严重的黏着磨损。

    Abstract:

    Nitrilebutadiene rubber (NBR) materials filled by conventional ZnO (cZnO) and nanoZnO (nZnO) were prepared,and the material properties and physical and mechanical performances of Nitrilebutadiene rubber (NBR) containing different kinds of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) were analyzed.The influences on tribological properties of NBR by types of ZnO were studied by using MPV600 abrasive wear tester,the morphology of worn surface was measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and the wear mechanism was analyzed.The results indicate that,compared with NBR containing cZnO,the nZnO can further improve the tensile strength and tensile stress of NBR.The maximum torque of NBR containing nZnO is higher than that of NBR containing cZnO,and the scorch time and optimum cure time of NBR containing nZnO are both shortened.The NBR containing nZnO exhibits the more outstanding wear resistance,which is mainly due to its greater crosslinking density and higher systematic hardness.The wear mechanism of NBR containing nZnO is abrasive wear and little adhesive wear,while that of NBR containing cZnO is abrasive wear and serious adhesive wear.
