    摘要:

    在分析火炮反后坐装置原理和冲蚀磨损发生机制的基础上,根据某火炮驻退机结构特征建立二维简化模型,基于FLUENT中DPM液固两相流模型及RNG kε湍流模型对驻退机后坐过程中复杂流场特性进行数值模拟,得到不同时刻内部腔室压力、速度和涡流黏度云图,并描绘出冲蚀颗粒的运动轨迹。通过间接计算得到的结果,验证该数值模拟方法能够较为真实地描述驻退机内部复杂两相流场流动情况,为驻退机冲蚀磨损分析和结构优化设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The principle of artillery reverse recoil device and the mechanism of erosion wear were analyzed,and the simplified twodimensional modelwas built up,according to the actual architectural feature of a recoil mechanism of artillery.The features of the complex flow field in the process of recoil motion were numerical simulated combined with the discrete phase model (DPM) and the RNG kε turbulence model by computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT.The internal chamber pressure,velocity and the eddy viscosity charts and the erosion particle trajectories were obtained.The results from indirect calculation verify that this numerical simulation method can really describe internal complex liquidsolid twophase flow field of recoil machine,which provides a valid reference for the erosion wear analysis and structure optimization design of the recoil mechanism.
