    摘要:

    采用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究20 t挖掘机铲斗油缸用Y形圈在一个往复运动周期内、不同热源作用下的温度分布;采用控制变量法分析各因素(介质压力、往复运动速度、介质温度等)对Y形圈温度场的影响。结果表明:只考虑摩擦生热时,最高温度出现在Y形圈密封唇口处,考虑机械滞后生热时,最高温度出现在Y形圈根部较厚的部位,且在一定环境温度下摩擦生热对Y形圈最高温度的影响较大;相比于介质压力,活塞杆往复运动速度对Y形圈最高温度的影响更为显著,在只考虑机械滞后生热时,油液温度对Y形圈最高温度的影响较大,介质压力和往复速度对Y形圈最高温度的影响较小。

    Abstract:

    The temperature field of a Yring used in 20 t excavator bucket cylinder was studied in a reciprocation cycle under different heat sources by using finite element analysis software ANSYS.The impact of various factors (including medium pressure,reciprocating speed,medium temperature,and etc.) on the temperature field of the Yring was analyzed by using control variable method.The results show that the maximum temperature occurs in the lips of Yring when only considering the friction heat,the maximum temperature occurs in the thicker part of Yring bottom part when only considering the mechanical hysteresis heat,and under certain ambient temperature,the effect of friction heat on the maximum temperature of Yring is larger than that of mechanical hysteresis heat.As compared to the effect of medium pressure,the effect of reciprocating movement speed of the piston rod is more significant to the maximum temperature of the Yring.When only considering the mechanical hysteresis heat,the maximum temperature of Yring is largely influenced by oil temperature,and less influenced by medium pressure and reciprocating movement speed.
