    摘要:

    基于MATLAB编程,通过有限差分法(FDM)耦合比例分割法获得压力分布;采用偏导数法(PDM)推导出扰动状态的润滑方程求得静压气体轴承的动力学特性参数;分析静压气体轴承的结构参数(供气孔数量、气膜间隙、节流方式)以及工质(空气和He)对其动力学特性的影响,以及动刚度和动阻尼系数随着各参数的变化规律。结果表明:气膜间隙、单排供气孔数以及工质的种类对直接刚度均有影响,但对阻尼一级交叉刚度系数影响较小;节流方式对直接刚度系数以及直接阻尼系数影响较大,对多交叉刚度系数以及交叉阻尼系数影响较小;固有孔节流的主刚度以及主阻尼系数大于间隙节流。

    Abstract:

    Based on MATLAB programming,Reynolds equation was solved to get the pressure distribution by using the finite difference method (FDM ) coupled with proportion division method,and the dynamic stiffness coefficient and dynamic damping coefficient of externally pressurized gas bearing was calculated by using partial derivative method(PDM).The effects and change law of structure parameter (such as number of orifices,clearance,method of throttling) and gas species (air and helium) on dynamic stiffness and damping of externally pressurized gas bearing were studied.The results show that the clearance and the number of orifices each row,gas species have some influence on direct stiffness and have less influence on damping and cross stiffness coefficients.The method of throttling process have influence on both direct stiffness and damping coefficients and have less influence on cross stiffness and damping coefficients.The direct stiffness and damping coefficients of the orifice throttle are larger than that of the clearance throttle.
