Abstract:Using dibutyl phosphite and lauryl alcohol as raw materials,dilauryl hydrogen phosphate was synthesized by ester exchange method,and its structure was characterized by FTIR.A waterbased steel wire drawing lubricant was prepared with dilauryl hydrogen phosphate as extreme pressure antiwear agent and polyol esters as main oily agent,and its tribological properties were studied by fourball machine and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results show that dilauryl hydrogen phosphate has good extreme pressure and antiwear performance,dilauryl hydrogen phosphate with mass fraction of 30% can make the maximum nonseizure load of waterbased lubricant be increased by 75%,the friction coefficient be decreased by 316%,the wear scar diameter be decreased by 334%,and the wear scar surface is relatively smooth and the distribution of wear scar is uniform.
