Abstract:The depth description function of the axial support oil groove was constructed,in which two slot type control parameters were introduced,including groove edge dip angle and groove bottom tilt angle of oil grooves.Flow field pressure distribution of the axial support was solved with the finite control volume method based incompressible Reynolds control equation and by considering the lubricating oil temperature rising,and the effect of groove edge dip angle and groove bottom tilt angle of oil grooves on the lubrication properties of the axial support was analyzed.The results show that the influence on the lubrication properties of the axial support is complex by the groove edge dip angle.When groove edge dip angle is 0°,the temperature rise of the lubricating oil film is rather small,and the film can get a larger bearing capacity.Groove edge dip angle has a greater effect on oil film bearing capacity,flow rate and temperature rise,but little effect on the friction power.The more groove bottom tilt angle,the more flow rate is in end faces of planetary gear,therefore the oil film temperature rise is small,the oil film bearing capacity is larger.
