    摘要:

    研究拉应力作用下冲蚀速度对35CrMo钢冲蚀磨损行为的影响。采用自制的喷射型冲蚀磨损试验机,模拟管汇承受105 MPa应力,在30°冲蚀角度下,用携砂液对试样进行冲刷试验,研究携砂液冲蚀速度对冲蚀磨损的影响,并使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试验后试样表面形貌进行分析。试验结果表明,在拉伸应力105 MPa和冲蚀角度30°下,在携砂液总量一定的情况下,随着冲蚀速度的增加,35CrMo钢的冲蚀磨损量呈指数形式增加;冲蚀坑深度随着冲蚀速度的增加而增大;不同冲蚀速度下35CrMo钢冲蚀磨损机制相同,主要为切削磨损。

    Abstract:

    The effect of impacting velocity on erosion wear resistance of 35CrMo steel under stress was studied.Under the simulated condition of pipe manifold under 105 MPa stress,a selfmade jet erosion wear experimental device was used for erosion test of 35CrMo steel samples with jet fluid carried sands at the erosion angle of 30°.The effect of impacting velocity of the jet fluid carried sands on erosion wear was studied,and the scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to analyze surface condition of samples after experiments.The results show that,with the increasing of impact velocity with the constant flow under 105 MPa stress and erosion angle of 30°,the erosion rate 35CrMo steel is increased exponentially.The erosion depth is increased as impact velocity increases.The impact wear mechanism of 35CrMo at 30° is the same under different impact velocity,mainly for cutting wear.
