    摘要:

    综合考虑热效应与时变效应,建立水润滑轴承润滑数学模型,数值模拟阶跃、矩形脉冲、正弦脉冲以及高斯脉冲4种不同形式的瞬变载荷下,水润滑陶瓷轴承的压力与膜厚在不同瞬时的变化趋势。结果表明,在瞬变载荷作用的时间段内,压力增大,膜厚减小,且相比膜厚的波动幅度压力波动较为明显;4种形式的瞬变载荷中,矩形脉冲与阶跃载荷产生的最小膜厚最低。

    Abstract:

    A numerical model of elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the waterlubricated bearing considering thermal and transient effects was built.The change of pressure and film thickness was obtained by numerical simulation for the waterlubricated bearing at different instant under four different forms of transient load,including the step,rectangular pulse,sinusoidal pulse and Gaussian pulse.The results show that the pressure is increased while the film thickness is decreased under the transient load time,and the fluctuation of pressure is more obvious compared with the film thickness.The value of the minimum film thickness is the lowest caused by the rectangular pulse and the step load among of the four different forms of transient load.
