    摘要:

    利用脂肪酸与4种有机醇合成4种脂肪酸酯类化合物,采用红外光谱对合成产物进行结构分析,并采用高频往复试验机HFRR考察脂肪酸酯类化合物在超低硫柴油燃料中的摩擦学性能。结果表明:合成的长链脂肪酸酯抗磨剂能有效改善超低硫柴油燃料的润滑性能;当抗磨剂添加质量分数在300 μg/g以上时,均能满足车用柴油对润滑性的要求,同时对超低硫柴油燃料其他理化指标的影响不大。

    Abstract:

    Four aliphatic acid esters were synthesized with aliphatic acid and organic alcohol,and were characterized using infrared spectrometer.The tribological properties of the synthesized esters as antiwear additives in ultralow sulfur diesel fuel were evaluated using High Frequency Reciprocating Rig (HFRR) apparatus.It is found that the synthesized longchain aliphatic acid esters are efficient to promote the lubricity of ultralow sulfur diesel fuel.The lubricity of diesel fuel for use in ground diesel engines can be satisfied by adding the synthesized esters above 300 μg/g,while these lubricity improvers of aliphatic acid esters have little effect on the other properties of diesel fuel.
