    摘要:

    提出一种新型的双弹簧、双活塞黏弹性本构模型来表征聚合物密封材料黏弹特性,并推导相应的蠕变方程和应力松驰方程。以聚四氟乙烯和聚醚型聚氨酯,在CETR UMT2型试验机及LKDM2000轮廓摩擦磨损仪上考察其蠕变、松驰特性,并与本构模型计算结果进行比较。该本构模型计算得到的聚四氟乙烯和聚醚型聚氨酯的蠕变、松驰特性与实验结果基本一致,表明该本构模型能较好地反映这2种聚合物材料的黏弹性质。

    Abstract:

    The viscoelastic constitutive model comprising of twospringtwopiston was put forward for describing about viscoelastic behavior of polymer sealing material.Corresponding creep equation and stress relaxation equation were deduced.The creep and relaxation characteristic of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and Polyether urethane (PEUR) were studied on CETR UMT2 tester and LKDM2000 wear tester.The testing results of the characteristics of PTFE and PEUR agree with the calculated results by the constitutive model,which show that twospringtwopiston constitutive model can described effectively viscoelastic behavior of PTFE and PEUR
