    摘要:

    由于外界环境及磨损等方面的影响,固体颗粒不可避免的进入到润滑油中,为了更方便地分析和求解含有固体颗粒的动压轴承的润滑问题,提出了一种新的求解油膜压力的方法——格子波兹曼方法(LBM)。介绍该方法的基本原理及计算流程,基于该方法从流场的角度分析流体润滑,建立润滑区域的LBM离散模型。对该模型进行求解,并将计算得到的油膜压力与有限差分法的求解结果进行比较,两者的结果吻合较好,并且LBM中润滑区域的网格划分越细,其误差越小,这表明采用LBM求解润滑油中含有固体颗粒的润滑问题是可行的。

    Abstract:

    Most liquid lubricating systems are inevitably supplied with lubricant containing contaminant particles.In order to solve the lubrication of hydrodynamic bearing with solid particles more efficiently,the analysis of oil film pressure based on Lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) was discussed.The fundamental and computing procedure of LBM was introduced.Fluid lubrication was studied by LBM from the point of view of lubricant flow,and the discrete LBM model of lubricant was built.The oil film pressure was obtained from the simulation of the model.The results obtained from LBM are in good agreement with the results calculated by finite difference method.The finer the mesh of lubrication area in LBM,the smaller the error of the result is.The research result shows that the simulation of the hydrodynamic bearing lubrication with solid particles in oils by LBM is practicable.
