    摘要:

    搅油损失在浸油润滑齿轮传动装置功耗中所占比重较大,是导致润滑失效的主要因素之一。为精确预测不同工况下齿轮的搅油损失,设计一种新型搅油功率损耗测量的多功能试验装置,并介绍针对不同齿形齿轮的搅油损失、圆盘与齿轮对搅油损失和非标准直齿轮的搅油损失的实验方法。该装置可用于不同齿形齿轮、非标准直齿轮的搅油损失试验研究,来考察齿轮尺寸变化或其他因素对搅油损失的影响;用于齿轮与圆盘的搅油实验,来推导出啮合区产生的搅油损失。

    Abstract:

    Churning power losses account for a larger proportion of power consumption in diplubricated transmission gears,which is one of the main factors leading to lubrication failure.In order to forecast churning power losses for the gears immersed in lubricating oil in variety of work situations,a new multifunction gear box churning torque loss tester was designed,and the experimental methods for different churning power loss experiments were introduced,including churning power loss experiment of different tooth profile gears,churning power loss experiment of gears and discs,churning power loss experiment of nonstandard spur gears.The tester could be used to study the influence to churning power losses by changing the gear size change or other factors by the churning power loss experiment of different tooth profile gears and nonstandard spur gears,to investigate the churning power losses in the meshing zone by the churning power loss experiment of gears and discs.
