    摘要:

    我国探月三期工程关键任务之一是采集月球样品并返回地球,可靠的月球样品封装技术是维持月球样品原态,保证地面数据分析准确性的关键。针对月球样品密封与地面数据分析的要求,提出利用铟银合金-钛合金刀口密封为主密封,橡胶圈密封为辅助密封的冗余密封结构。对密封结构进行环境适应性试验,试验结果表明,设计的密封结构能够用于月球样品密封,防止月球样品被污染。

    Abstract:

    One key tast of the third phase of China’s Lunar Exploration Project is to collect lunar sample and return to the Earth.Sealing technology is used to maintain the original state of lunar sample and ensure the reliability of ground analyzing based on lunar samples.According to the requirement of lunar sample sealing and data analyzing,a structure of sealing lunar sample by using indium alloy and knifeedge as primary vacuum seal and silicon rubber as redundant seal against primary seal failure is proposed,and some relevant experimentation of sealing structure is carried out.Experiment result shows that this optimized sealing structure can be used to seal lunar samples without being contaminated.
