    摘要:

    柴油发动机新技术使润滑油中烟炱的含量大大增加,Mack T-9 发动机台架试验是ASTM标准中用来评价烟炱对发动机造成的磨损,但其评价时间超过500 h,不利于柴油机油的快速筛选。为了提高新开发柴油机油的筛选效率,利用SRV模拟试验评定Mack T-9台架试验柴油机油的抗磨性能,对两者之间的相关性进行研究。试验结果表明:选取与烟炱碳质结构相似的炭黑,SRV润滑油极压试验NB/SH/T 08822014与Mack T-9发动机台架试验表现出较好的关联性,该方法可以在一定程度上预测油样的Mack T-9柴油发动机台架试验结果。

    Abstract:

    New technologies of the diesel engine make the soot content in the lubricant highly increase.According to the ASTM standards,Mack T-9 engine bench test is used to evaluate the wear of the diesel engine due to the soot.But the evaluation time is more than 500 h,which is not conducive to the rapid screening of diesel engine oil.In order to improve the screen efficiency of the developing diesel engine oils,the SRV simulation test was used to evaluate the antiwear property of the lubricants after Mack T-9 bench test.The relativity between the two kinds of test methods was studied.Testing results indicate that the SRV lubricants extreme pressure (EP) test of NB/SH/T08822014 and the Mack T-9 engine bench test have a good relativity in the testing results when diesel engine oils containing the carbon black similar in structure to the soot are used in the SRV tests.This method can predict the oil sample test results of Mack T-9 engine bench.
